We were well looked after here. The American Hot pizza was delicious. Not all of the ice-cream flavours on the menu were available but that was serendipitous because I chose the chocolate brownie instead and it was gorgeous. The lake is a lovely backdrop for a meal
A great addition to lakeside. A touch of class with a great seating area quality decor and amazing food . Definitely one of my new places to visit more regular . A great bar area with great service. All tables have plenty of space and if you’re lucky enough you may get a spot next to the window looking across the lake . All tables have a personal touch lamp and the whole place is gently lit . The food is excellent particularly the pizza but there is a great choice of alternatives is pizza isn’t for you . Highly recommended. Prices are not cheap but fair. A must visit
Excellent food. Well presented. Great views over the lake from some of the tables. Service was a bit hit and miss - evidently new staff still learning. But they were trying !!!
I've been here on a few occasions now and I've enjoyed my visits immensely every time. The food is so delicious and the lake makes a fine addition to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Doncaster is a better place for having The Rustic Pizza!

Went yesterday and ordered 2 pizzas and 2 beers, it came to 41 which IS on the pricey side but it was the best pizza Ive ever had - sat out by the lakeside, the service was great and good arrived quickly. Cant wait to go again!
Absolutely amazing little place. By the lake as well it's not somewhere you'd expect there to be a gorgeous Italian. If you haven't been then you need to go! Staff were super friendly, food was out of this world, atmosphere was lovely and the owners are the two nicest people you'll ever meet, super friendly and accommodating. By far the best Italian in Doncaster!
That's a mighty fine tasting pizza Hmmm really good pizza, we had a walk round lakeside and decided to give this place a go. We hadn't booked, but they managed to fit us in. There was some live music being played adjacent the bar, difficult to hear as it was busy, and a lot of chatting going on including our table We ordered our drinks and then a few minutes later the pizza (veggie for me, margarita for the kido and a pepperoni for the better half) a side of garlic fries also #really-tasty For dessert we had some ice cream from the counter, yummy lemon flavour. The place is really nice inside. The table service was good and the staff were friendly. The meal was reasonably priced. 3 pizza, fries, 3 drinks (one wine) two scoop ice cream circa 60 The toilets were clean and tidy. Access is good We'd definitely visit again. Thanks for hosting us
